For what it's worth, the disclosure violation is real. I've filed three BP-7s in my career and the Bureau takes them seriously. The prophet receives a formal notification, has to complete a remedial communications workshop, and the violation is visible on their public profile for two years. It won't get you 150 credits back but it will ensure the next person who gets a bifurcated outcome actually understands what they paid for. The workshops, by the way, are run by the Bureau's communications department, which is staffed entirely by former prophets who left the industry because they got tired of explaining things. The irony is not lost on anyone involved.

Before you file anything: self-contradicting prophecies are actually a recognized format. They're called "bifurcated outcomes" and they mean both paths are equally viable. It's actually a GOOD result because it means the universe isn't steering you and the decision is genuinely yours. A lot of people pay extra for that kind of reading because it means they have real agency over the outcome. That said, the prophet is supposed to EXPLAIN this at the time of delivery. If she just said "complete" and moved on, that's a disclosure violation. You can file with the Bureau of Prophetic Standards, form BP-7 (Incomplete Delivery Disclosure). You probably won't get a refund but she'll get a note in her file and she hates that.

"You already know" is classified as a reflective prophecy, which is a legitimate category under the Bureau of Prophetic Standards guidelines. A reflective prophecy doesn't reveal new information; it confirms that the seeker already possesses the information they're seeking. It's the prophetic equivalent of a doctor telling you to listen to your body. It's maddening and it is technically valid. The 150 credit charge is also within guidelines. Targeted readings are priced by the service, not by word count. A three-word prophecy and a three-paragraph prophecy cost the same.
