I'll add that it used to be Thursdays. Shifted to Tuesdays about fifteen years ago with no announcement, no explanation, and no acknowledgment from the city that anything changed. I went to a town meeting and asked about it. The person at the microphone said "the schedule was updated" and moved on to parking regulations. As if houses hum on a schedule that someone maintains. Which, apparently, they do.
