The city is aware. They classify it as a "recurring environmental feature" and it's actually disclosed in property transactions for the Fellridge blocks. It was probably in your purchase documents. Page 40-something, buried in the Environmental Disclosures appendix, one line: "Property is located within the Fellridge Resonance Zone. Periodic low-frequency vibration may occur." May. That's doing a lot of heavy lifting for something that happens every single Tuesday like clockwork.

It's a Pellwick thing. Specifically a Fellridge thing. The whole stretch from the 100 to the 400 block does it. I've been here nine years. It has been doing this the entire time. I had an acoustic engineer come out once and he confirmed the frequency (B flat, you're correct, nice ear) and said the vibration was coming from the foundation, not through it. He said the house itself was producing the sound. I asked him why. He said "I'm an acoustic engineer, not a geologist. Or a priest."
